From vinyards in the Castilla region of central Spain this wine is named after Lordship of Orgaz a historical figure in the region of Castilla la Mancha in the thirteenth century.
Grape type - Tempranillo and Monastrell (Mataro)
Colour - Bright ruby red
Nose - Red fruits with traces of berries and liquorice
Palate - Black fruits dominate with a harmony between acid and tannins, a long finish
Pairing - Recommended to be served between 16℃- 18℃ with roasted and BBQ meats, rich tomato based sauses or strong cheese.
